From October 7 to 8 (local time in the central United States), the head of the SJZU International Exchange & Cooperation Department, Wang Xing, visited Benedictine University and extended the cordial greetings of the school leaders to the president, Dr. Charles Gregory.
During the visit, Wang Xing met with their Vice-Presidents Dr. Marco Masini and Dr. Kevin Brooklyn, the director of the International Office, Dr. David Kleinberg, and the director of the Registration Office, Mr. Jason Haddonfield. The two sides discussed specific matters such as the curriculum setting for the China-US cooperative master program of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) and reorganized the application procedure for the program and the process of issuing student diplomas. Meanwhile, the two sides agreed to organize a Chinese alumni's trip to the United States in early 2020 to build an overseas business cooperation platform for Chinese alumni.
SJZU and Benedictine University in the United States have jointly organized the MIS master program since 2005. At present, the program is running well in all aspects and has trained a large number of outstanding talents for our province and surrounding areas, which achieved good social benefits.
