On June 11, the opening ceremony of Summer Camp of SJZU and the Confucius Institute at the Transilvania University of Romania with the Theme— "Deepen the Belt and Road Initiative and Build the China Friendship"—was held in the Organ Building. Vice-President Li Yupeng participated in the opening ceremony and a meeting with the faculty of the Confucius Institute at the Transilvania University, including the representative Florescu Adriana. The heads of the SJZU International Exchange & Cooperation Department also participated the ceremony and the meeting.
Li Yupeng hoped that students can not only learn Chinese and Chinese traditional culture during the summer camp but have the opportunities to experience the vitality presented by China to the world. He also hoped that this platform can further advance the cooperation development between SJZU and the University of Trevania and take advantage of the opportunity to make jointly build a larger and better Confucius Institute.
